On 19^th of March, 1985, the fundamental stone that would give rise to Casa del Niño was laid. This was the year of the centenary of the birth of Schoenstatt’s founder, Father José Kentenich, for which it bears his name. This non-profit home was built thanks to the support of the Schoenstatt Apostolic Movement and to the effort and generosity of many people. Nowadays, it provides a safe and special place for the children and their families to grow up in a healthy environment.
